Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Wherish never sees your card details.
Manage your subscription
- Open Profile from your profile menu
- Press Manage subscription
- In the page that opens you can update your card, switch between monthly and annual, download invoices, or cancel
If you cancel
You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan. Your collections and saved places stay. If you have more than the free plan allows, you can still open them all, but you can't add new collections or places until you're back under the limits or upgrade again.
A payment failed
Stripe tries the payment again automatically. Update your card in Manage subscription to avoid losing Pro.
